    • Then this plan is for you as it will accelerate fat loss through an extended fasting period of at least 16 hours (i.e eating dinner at 8pm and then only eating lunch at 12pm the following day).

      You will eat 2 meals and one snack within the 8-hour window.

      It is important to drink 2-3 litres of water per day, and ensure you are supplementing electrolytes i.e. magnesium, sodium and potassium.
